Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and NOVARUN, LLC ("we" or "us"), the operator of RouteStudy, and govern your use of RouteStudy's software at routestudy.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on its behalf.

RouteStudy generates preliminary pipeline alignment alternatives, cost estimates, crossing classifications, and related planning outputs, using automated and AI-assisted tools. These outputs are preliminary planning information only. They may contain errors, omissions, or assumptions that don't reflect actual field conditions, and are not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. Every result must be independently reviewed and verified by a licensed Professional Engineer registered in the relevant jurisdiction before being relied upon for design, permitting, construction, or any other engineering purpose.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload and for having the right to upload and process it, including any personal information it may contain (see our Privacy Policy). You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from within the app.

Don't use the Service to violate the law, infringe anyone's rights, or attempt to access data or accounts that aren't yours. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVARUN, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its outputs, including outputs used without the professional engineering review described above.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
